Alina Barbu - Alina Barbu

Alina lives and works in Bucharest. She is 30 years old, and, for the past 10 years, she has been working as a journalist for different papers or radio stations in Bucharest. Currently, Alina is a news editor and anchor at a national radio station and voice over at a national TV channel.

Alina is also a contributing writer for Carpatair in-flight Magazine, where she writes about Romanian and European travel destinations.

She was invited to write, as a guest blogger, about Transylvania and eco-holidays in Romania.

Alina discovered, not long ago, her interest for topics regarding motherhood. She is also a contributing writer for a Romanian on-line magazine dedicated to mothers and kids, covering a variety of topics, including pregnancy, childbirth, preconception, toddlers and parenting philosophies.

Alina is passionate about cooking and discovering new recipes in the places she travels. She enjoys sharing her tips with others who are passionate about healthy food, diet meals and nutrition, too.

When she is not writing or presenting news, Alina designs hand-made accessories or clothes along with her mother.
